Calendar pooling
If you have more than one calendar, use calendar pooling to decide if clients can choose a specific calendar to book with. If they can, you can also enable them to access any available appointment times. Visit Pooling calendar availability in Acuity to learn more.
Calendar location
You can set a location for each calendar you create. This becomes the location for all appointments on the calendar, unless you enable an overriding setting. If you have more than one calendar, Acuity groups them by address on the scheduler.
To set a calendar location:
- Open the Availability panel: I log in with an Acuity account | I log in with a Squarespace account.

- The file size limit is 1.5 MB.
- Acuity automatically resizes images larger than 600px x 600px when they're uploaded as the image for a calendar.
- For the best visual results, we recommend using images with a square shape or 1:1 aspect ratio.
Calendar order
If you have more than one calendar, Acuity will list them in alphabetical order. However, if each calendar has a different location, Acuity will group them by address, then list the calendars at each address in alphabetical order.
To learn more, visit Rearranging lists in Acuity.

When clients select a date and time, they can also choose to add more appointment times, or make the appointment recurring.
