Personalize your scheduler with images of your brand and services.

You can add images that display on your scheduling page using a few different settings in your Acuity account:

Use this guide to understand Acuity's image requirements and find formatting tips for your images.

Image format and requirements

When uploading images to Acuity, you can use the same image file types used in the rest of your site. However, keep these differences in mind when formatting your Acuity images:

  • The file size limit is 1.5 MB, which is less than the limit for website images .
  • Acuity automatically resizes images larger than 600px x 120 px when they're uploaded in the Business logo field.
  • Acuity automatically resizes images larger than 600px x 600px when they're uploaded as the image for a calendar or appointment type .
  • For the best visual results, we recommend using images with a square shape or 1:1 aspect ratio .

Best practices and troubleshooting

When adding images to Acuity, keep the following in mind:

  • If you need to edit an image, we recommend making changes in an external image editing tool before uploading it to Acuity.
  • You can add an image in the scheduling instructions rich text editor, but keep in mind that images are static, so information can't be copied and pasted or clicked. If you want clients to interact with the text, like click to call a phone number from their mobile device, we recommend entering your instructions manually using the rich text editor.
  • Calendar images will only display if you have more than one calendar in your account.
