Delete Acuity with an Acuity account

Mark Acuity for permanent deletion.

This guide describes how to delete an Acuity subscription if you have an Acuity account. If you have a Squarespace account instead, follow the steps in Delete Acuity with a Squarespace account.

Deleting Acuity marks its content for permanent deletion and ends the account’s relationship with Acuity Scheduling.

To delete an Acuity account, you need to first cancel your Acuity subscription.

What happens after I delete my Acuity account?

After deleting Acuity:

• You won’t be able to log in to make changes or view past data.
• Your scheduler won’t be accessible to visitors.
• Your scheduler and its data and content won’t be recoverable.

Delete your Acuity account

To delete your Acuity Scheduling account entirely, you need to first cancel your subscription. After canceling your subscription:

1. In Acuity, click My Account.
2. Scroll to the Current Plan section.
3. Click Delete My Account, then click Confirm Account Deletion.
