Mark Acuity for permanent deletion.
This guide describes how to delete an Acuity subscription if you have a Squarespace account. If you have an Acuity account instead, follow the steps in Delete Acuity with an Acuity account.
Deleting Acuity marks its content for permanent deletion.
Acuity subscriptions attached to websites
If your Acuity subscription is attached to a Squarespace website, the only way to completely delete it is to delete the website. In most cases, we recommend canceling your Acuity subscription instead. You can ignore the now-inactive Acuity subscription without deleting your entire website.
If your Acuity subscription isn’t attached to a Squarespace website, you can delete it directly.
What happens after I delete my subscription?
After deleting Acuity:
- You won’t be able to log in to make changes or view past data.
- Your scheduler won’t be accessible to visitors.
- Acuity won't appear in your account dashboard.
- Your scheduler and its data and content won’t be recoverable.
Delete your Acuity subscription
To delete Acuity:
- In the account dashboard, click the three dots at the top-right of your Acuity subscription's card, then click Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
