You can connect Acuity to a variety of third-party applications, creating powerful integrations that make your business processes simpler and more effective.

Available integrations

Some integrations have their own settings panels in Acuity. These include:

  • Payment processors - Accept payments online or in person with Stripe, Square, or PayPal.
  • Calendar syncing - Sync appointments with your existing calendar, such as Google Calendar or iCloud.

You can manage Acuity’s other integrations through the Integrations panel. These include:

  • Video conferencing - Seamlessly offer video meetings through services such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Accounting - Manage your finances or send invoices with QuickBooks or FreshBooks.
  • Email marketing - Contact customers with promotional emails using tools such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Squarespace Email Campaigns.
  • Customer relationship management, or CRM - Integrate information from Acuity into your overall plan to manage relationships with your clients.
  • Client engagement - Create an automated program to track and reward your customers for referrals with Referral Candy. Or gather feedback from happy customers with ReviewRail.
  • API - Use tools like Zapier and Zoho Flow to automate tasks based on information from Acuity.
  • Analytics - Use Google Analytics or set up custom conversion tracking to learn about web traffic and conversions.
  • Social - Encourage clients to book through Instagram or Facebook.
Note: Third-party developers create and manage a handful of Acuity integrations. While you can access these integrations from the Integrations panel, they’re outside the scope of Acuity support. Instead, direct questions to the third-party that developed the integration.
