Creating appointment types, classes, and coupons with the Acuity Scheduling Admin mobile app

Add and manage your different appointment offerings from the mobile app.

With the Acuity Scheduling Admin mobile app, you can create new appointment types, group classes, add-ons, and coupon codes. You can also send a direct link to a specific appointment type to your clients. 

Create and edit appointment types and group classes

To create new appointment types or group classes:

1. From the app home screen, tap Menu, then tap Appointment Types. 
2. Tap New Service or New Group Class. 
3. Enter the new appointment or class details, then tap Create Appointment Type.

To edit your existing appointment types and group classes:

1. From the app home screen, tap Menu, then tap Appointment Types.
2. Find the appointment type or class you want to edit, then tap Edit. 
3. Make your changes, then tap Update Appointment Type.

Create categories

You can organize your appointment types and group classes into different categories. To create a new category:

1. From the app home screen, tap Menu, then tap Appointment Types. 
2. Tap Edit next to the appointment type you want to add to a category. 
3. Tap Create New Category. 
4. Type a name for the category, then tap Save. 
5. Tap Save. 

Create and edit add-ons and coupons for appointment types

To create an add-on or coupon from the mobile app:

1. From the app home screen, tap Menu, then tap Appointment Types. 
2. Tap the Types dropdown menu, then tap Add-ons or Coupons.

Note: It's not possible to create coupons for packages, gift certificates, and subscriptions in the mobile app.

Send a direct link

Send clients to a specific appointment type, appointment category, calendar, or location using a direct scheduling link. To find direct links:

• From the app home screen, tap Menu, then tap Share links.
• Tap the link type you want to share, then tap Share to open your device's messaging options, or tap Customize Link to edit the URL.
