Can I re-use a past class series to schedule future sessions?
No. Clients are required to sign up for all times offered in a class series. If the first date of the class series is in the past, clients can only book it if you manually add them as an attendee. To schedule a new set of times for the same type of class series, duplicate the class to re-use the settings and edit the class times.
What notifications do clients receive for a class series?
When appointment notifications are enabled for a class series, clients can receive:
- One confirmation email for all class dates booked in the series immediately after scheduling.
- Separate reminder notifications sent before the start of each class date in the series.
- One follow-up email after the class series ends.
