Managing your schedule

Review your upcoming appointments or print a hard copy of your schedule.

In the Calendar panel, get an overview of your upcoming appointments and classes. Use the different filter options to customize the your calendar view and focus on specific appointments and classes.

To create a hard copy for reference, you can print your schedule, your agenda, the details of upcoming appointments, or client records.

Filter your calendar view 

In the Calendar panel, you can use the view filter to switch to Day View, Week View, or Month View. The day and month views display your immediate upcoming appointments, classes, and blocked off times.  

In the month view, review the entire month ahead at a glance. A total count of appointments, classes, or blocked times ‌are listed on each day. Click a day on the calendar to view more details. 

To narrow your view to appointments on a specific calendar, use the calendars filter. Check the box next to the calendar you want to display, or check All Calendars to view all appointments across every calendar in your account. If you're in the day view, you can check Show separate columns for type availability to group appointments by appointment type.

View and manage appointments 

To review details like the payment status, location, or activity, click a specific appointment on the calendar. If you're using a video conferencing integration, the video conferencing link will appear in the location field on the calendar event. 

From the calendar panel, you can also reschedule, cancel, or edit an appointment. 

Print your appointment schedule

Print your calendar to print a daily, weekly, or monthly view of upcoming appointments, or print your agenda to print a list of upcoming appointments. You can also set up a weekly agenda email.

Note: It's not possible to print from a mobile browser or the Acuity Scheduling Admin mobile app. 

To print your calendar or agenda:

1. In Acuity, click Calendar.
2. Use the view filter to switch to Day View, Week View, or Month View, then use the calendar filter to decide which calendars display.
3. To change the height of the calendar, click 1x and select another zoom option from the dropdown menu. The width of the columns remains the same regardless of the zoom setting.
4. Click the printer icon next to the search bar, then click Calendar view or Agenda list.

Note: If you have multiple calendars, or calendars with different time zones, part of your Scheduling calendar may be cut off when you print. If this happens, print the agenda view instead.

Print appointment details

To print an appointment's details:

1. In Acuity, use the calendar or the client list to click an appointment, opening the appointment details.
2. Click in the top-right, then click Print.

Tip: When you print the appointment details for class, they include a list of class attendees.

Print a client record

To print a client record:

1. In Acuity, click Clients.
2. Click a client’s name to open their client record.
3. Click Print.
