If your log in method changed, the path you take to reach your billing settings may have changed.
Acuity-managed and Squarespace-managed billing
When reading some of our help center guides, you may come across the following note:
To find your billing steps, click Manage Billing or your account profile in Acuity. If your URL contains squarespace.com, follow the steps for Squarespace-managed billing. If it contains acuityscheduling.com, follow the steps for Acuity-managed billing.
When you see this note, follow the corresponding steps that match your account.
Do I have Squarespace or Acuity-managed billing?
To determine whether you have Squarespace or Acuity-managed billing:
- Log in to your Acuity account.
- At the bottom of the left side menu click Manage Billing. If Manage Billing doesn’t appear, click your account profile.
- Review your URL and billing panel and compare them to the screenshots below.
Squarespace-managed billing
If your URL contains squarespace.com, and your billing panel matches the panel shown below, then you have Squarespace-managed billing.
Acuity-managed billing
If your URL contains acuityscheduling.com, and your billing panel matches the panel shown below, then you have Acuity-managed billing.
