Where can I send Acuity text message notifications?

You can send text messages to more than 180 countries worldwide.

Because of varying local rules, we can’t guarantee delivery for every message.

Remove links to send messages to Turkey

You can’t send text messages that include links to Turkey (country code +90). Messages without any links are fine.

How can I send notifications if I can't text? 

If texting isn't available, use other Acuity tools to keep everyone in the loop:

• Client email reminders - You can send up to three reminder emails for each appointment. 
• Staff push alerts - Use the mobile app to get instant alerts when clients book, reschedule, or cancel.
• Staff email copies - When your clients get email reminders, you can send copies to your team members.
