Changing your account and scheduling page language

Set the language for your scheduler.

You can change the language that your Acuity account and scheduling page appear in.

Your scheduler can appear in any of these languages:

  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English
  • Finnish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Norwegian
  • Spanish
  • Swedish

Your account settings can appear in any of these languages:

  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Spanish

To choose your language or languages: 

  1. In Acuity, click Scheduling Page, then click Settings.
  2. Use the Scheduling Page Language dropdown menu to choose a language for your scheduler.
  3. Use the Account Language dropdown menu to choose a language for your Acuity controls.
  4. Click Save changes.

Automated emails and translations

If you change your scheduler language, you should review your email templates. When you translate your scheduler, any existing templates will be untouched, even if they're the default templates.

If you've switched your scheduler to Brazilian Portuguese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, or Spanish, you can click Use Default Template to call up a translated version of Acuity's default template. For other scheduler languages, Use Default Template will load Acuity's default template in English.
