Use labels to visually organize upcoming appointments with color-coded notes. For example, you can use labels to mark appointments as important, mark class attendees as checked-in, or record appointments as confirmed.
Before you begin
When adding labels to appointments or class attendees, keep in mind:
- You can mark each appointment with one label; for group classes, you can mark each attendee with one label
- Label text is limited to 16 characters
- Each label must be one of the 15 available colors
- When you customize the text and color of a label, it remains consistent for all appointments and group class attendees with that label
How labels appear
In the appointment details, the label appears between the appointment type and the client’s contact information.
In the Acuity calendar, the labels appear as square, colored boxes in the top-right corner of appointments. To view the label text, click the appointment to open the appointment details. Labels aren’t visible to clients.
In the appointment details for a group class, labels appear next to clients’ names in the list of attendees.
