If you want to send mass marketing emails, newsletters, or general announcements to your full client list, connect an email marketing platform or export your client list. It's not possible to send mass campaigns directly through Acuity.

Connect an email marketing platform

Connect to an email marketing platform to automatically sync client details to your mailing lists:

• Squarespace Email Campaigns – Connect directly to Squarespace Email Campaigns to design and send emails to your clients.
• Built-in integrations – Sync client details with platforms like Mailchimp or AWeber using built-in integrations.
• Zapier – Connect Acuity to other email tools using Zapier.

Export your client list

If you want to send a one-off update using a standard email provider (like Gmail or Outlook), export your client list:

1. In Acuity, export your client list to a .csv file.
2. Open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet program (like Excel or Google Sheets) and copy the email addresses.
3. Paste the email addresses into the BCC field of a new email in your email provider.

Tip: Always enter recipients in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field when sending mass emails from a standard email provider. This keeps client email addresses hidden from other recipients to protect their privacy.
