Automatically generate unique GoToMeeting links for virtual appointments and classes.
Connect to GoToMeeting to automatically generate virtual meetings for scheduled appointments. You can link a single calendar or connect multiple staff members to their own GoToMeeting accounts.
Accessing this feature: To connect GoToMeeting, you must have active GoToMeeting credentials and either View & Edit or Administrator permissions in Acuity.
Connect to GoToMeeting
To connect to GoToMeeting:
- Open the Integrations panel.
- Find GoToMeeting and click Set up.
- Log into your GoToMeeting account.
- Select the appointment types that should generate GoToMeeting links.
- Click Save.
Connect multiple staff members to GoToMeeting
To connect multiple users:
- Have each staff member log into Acuity using their own credentials.
- Connect the GoToMeeting integration individually for each account.
- Select the GoToMeeting account that should generate meetings for each calendar.
