Access Acuity invoices and subscription details

Review the details of your Acuity subscription and past invoices.

In the billing section of your account, you can check the details of your Acuity subscription, like the name and price of your plan. You can also access your invoices.

To access your billing information click Manage Billing or your account profile in Acuity. If your URL contains squarespace.com, review the Squarespace-managed billing section. If it contains acuityscheduling.com, review the Acuity-managed billing section.

To review your subscription details:

1. Open the Billing panel.
2. Click Subscriptions.
3. Click Scheduling.

To view your invoices:

1. Open the Billing panel.
2. Click Invoices.

To review your subscription details:

1. Open your Acuity account.
2. Click Manage Billing or your account profile.

To view your invoices:

1. In Acuity, click Manage Billing or your account profile.
2. Scroll to the Current plan section and click View receipts.

Change your Acuity Scheduling billing plan or cycle

You can upgrade or downgrade your billing plan or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
