Update your Acuity Scheduling payment method

Change the credit card or payment method you use to pay for your Acuity Scheduling subscription.

If you need to change how you pay for your Acuity subscription, you can update your billing information at any time.

To manage your billing information, click Manage Billing or your account profile in Acuity. If your URL contains squarespace.com, review the Squarespace-managed billing section. If it contains acuityscheduling.com, review the Acuity-managed billing section.

Update your billing information (Squarespace-managed billing)

Acuity subscriptions attached to a website share billing information with the website subscription. When you change the payment method for a website subscription, it changes the payment method for all subscriptions attached to that website.

Acuity subscriptions not attached to a website use their own billing information.

To update your billing information:

1. Open the billing panel.
2. Click Payment Information.
3. Enter the new information.
4. Click Update billing.

To update your billing information:

1. In Acuity, click Manage Billing.
2. Click Update credit card.
3. Enter the new information.
4. Click Update billing.
