Expand appointment descriptions and add-ons on your scheduling page

Change how your longer appointment descriptions and add-on lists display on your scheduler.

Set up your scheduling page to automatically expand your appointment descriptions and add-on options for clients. Longer appointment type descriptions and add-on lists are shortened by default, and clients can click Show All to expand them.

Show full appointment descriptions

To display your full appointment type descriptions automatically when clients are choosing an appointment type:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel and click Settings.
  2. Check Show Full Descriptions. This setting doesn't apply to direct links.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Show full add-on lists

To automatically have the list of add-ons expanded on your scheduler after clients choose an appointment type:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel and click Settings.
  2. Check Show Full Add-on Lists.
  3. Click Save Changes.
