Let clients book multiple spots for appointments and classes

Give clients the option to choose how many spots they want to book for the same appointment type and time.

To let clients book multiple spots for appointments or classes in one transaction, add a quantity field to your scheduling page.

Step 1 - Enable multiple bookings per time slot

To enable multiple bookings per appointment time, first set the number of available spots in each time slot for your services and classes.

Set the maximum number of spots available for a service appointment

To allow clients to book multiple spots in a service-based appointment type:

  1. Open the Availability panel.
  2. Click Edit Availability/Limits for one of your calendars or availability groups.
  3. Click Calendar Scheduling Limits.
  4. Enter the max number of Appointments per time slot that can be booked at the same time.
  5. Click Save Limits.

Set the maximum number of spots available in a class

To change the number of spots available for a class appointment type:

  1. Open the Appointment Types panel.
  2. Click Edit on your group class.
  3. Enter the maximum number of spots in the Max number of people field.
  4. Click Update Appointment Type.

Step 2 - Add a quantity field to your scheduling page

After you enable multiple bookings per time slot, allow clients to choose the number of spots they'd like to book by adding a quantity field to your client scheduling page.

Enable the quantity field for services

To turn on the quantity field for your service appointment types:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel and click Settings
  2. Check Services: Allow clients to book multiple spots.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Enable the quantity field for classes

To turn on the quantity field for your classes:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel and click Settings.
  2. Check Classes: Allow clients to book multiple spots.
  3. Click Save Changes.

How clients manage multiple bookings

When clients book multiple appointments at the same time, they’ll receive one confirmation email with all appointment times listed. They can click Chance/Cancel Appointment in their confirmation email to cancel or reschedule each appointment separately.
