Ensure clients provide their phone number when scheduling an appointment.
Clients need to enter their name and email address by default, but you can also make the phone number field required to complete their booking. This is helpful to collect additional contact information from clients and ensure they receive text reminders, if enabled.
Require a phone number for appointments
To require a phone number from clients when they schedule appointments:
- Open the Scheduling Page panel and click Settings.
- Check Require Phone Number.
- Click Save Changes.
