Get a discount on your first subscription payment.
If you have an offer code from a promotion or Acuity advertisement, you can redeem the code when paying for an Acuity subscription.
Redeem a code
To redeem a code:
- After your Acuity trial ends, follow the prompts to upgrade to a paid subscription.
- Select a plan and billing cycle. For a list of plans and prices, visit the pricing page.
- Enter your payment information, then click Save and continue.
- On the Review order page, enter your code in the Promo code field, then click Apply. The new total after the discount will appear.
- Ensure the payment details and amount are correct, then click Confirm and purchase to complete the purchase.
When can I use an offer code to pay for a subscription?
An offer code can only apply to your first payment; it's not possible to use offer codes for recurring payments. However, you can use an offer code if you change your plan or billing cycle during your subscription’s first billing period.
You can only use offer codes if you use a Squarespace account to log into Acuity. If you start a new Acuity trial, you’ll log in with a Squarespace account and can redeem an offer code when upgrading to a paid plan
If you use an Acuity account to log into Acuity, it’s not possible to redeem offer codes when paying for your subscription.
Combining offers
It’s not possible to combine offer codes in the same transaction or combine them with other discounts.
