Acuity Scheduling Referral Program benefit

Get paid for recommending Acuity to your friends, family, and followers.

You can earn a commission by referring new subscribers to Acuity Scheduling through the Acuity Scheduling Referral program, administered by PartnerStack. Note: The Acuity Scheduling Referral program is separate from the Squarespace Circle referral payment benefit. 

Eligibility

To be eligible to receive ‌referral payments, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Be based in the US.
• Subscribe to a Starter or Emerging; Standard or Growing; or Premium or Powerhouse Acuity Scheduling plan.
• Not be an employee, family member of an employee, or an entity directly or indirectly owned or controlled by an employee or family member of an employee, of Squarespace or its affiliates or subsidiaries.
• Not be a Squarespace Enterprise customer .
• Not be a Squarespace Circle member. If you're a Circle member interested in earning commissions for referring customers to Squarespace, visit the Squarespace Circle referral payment benefit.

Earn payments for referrals

Each eligible Acuity Scheduling account gets access to one unique PartnerStack link that any staff member in the account can use to generate referrals. 

Note: Any staff member can share the referral link, but the link is associated with the account owner's email address and can't be changed.

To start earning referral payments, you need to first set up a PartnerStack account, which you can do from your Acuity Scheduling account: 

1. Go to the referral program homepage and click Start referring, then follow the prompts.
2. You'll receive an email from PartnerStack to finish setting up your account. 
3. Review and agree to the terms and conditions, then click Submit. You'll be brought to your PartnerStack dashboard where you can access your custom referral link and review your payouts. 

You can now share the custom referral link directly with friends and peers who are looking for a scheduling solution. Each time your link is used for a qualifying subscription, you’ll receive a referral payment through our referral partner, PartnerStack, in accordance with the qualifying subscriptions and commission amounts section below. You may not share PartnerStack accounts.

Qualifying subscriptions and commission amounts 

A referral via your PartnerStack referral link qualifies for a one-time referral payment, or commission, for each qualifying subscription. To be a qualifying subscription: 

• The referral must be a first-time Acuity subscriber referred via your PartnerStack referral link. 
• The referral must subscribe to a Starter or Emerging; Standard or Growing; or Premium or Powerhouse plan within 45 days of starting a trial and not cancel their subscription for at least 30 days.

Commission amounts 

PartnerStack will track clicks on your referral links and issue payments for qualifying subscriptions. Acuity Scheduling doesn't manage or issue payouts directly. 

If you signed up for the referral program before Dec. 19, 2025, refer to your PartnerStack account for commission rates.

If you signed up on or after Dec. 19, 2025, the commission is $50 per subscription, regardless of plan.

Using your PartnerStack dashboard
 

After you log into PartnerStack and accept the Acuity Referral Payments Benefit Terms, you can access your PartnerStack dashboard. You can find your personalized referral link for Acuity in the Links section, and you can track your commissions in the Payouts area.

Note: When reporting referrals, PartnerStack counts each free trial started via your referral link as a sign-up. To track successful referrals, look at paid sign-ups instead.
