Send Acuity events to an outside calendar

A one-way sync sends your Acuity appointments to an outside calendar without receiving any information back. This means you can view your Acuity appointments in an outside calendar, but events on that calendar can’t block off time in your Acuity calendar.

You can also do a one-time export of all existing Acuity appointments. A one-time export won’t update at all, but you can use it to add all your existing appointments to an outside calendar.

Keep in mind:

  • If you have more than one Acuity calendar, your one-way sync includes events from all your Acuity calendars. It’s not possible to create a one-way calendar sync for a specific Acuity calendar.
  • If the Acuity user or contributor who set up a one-way sync changes their password or is removed from Acuity, the one-way sync will be disabled.
