Review Acuity transactions in your payment processor

Find transaction details in your payment processor for payments collected in Acuity.

When you connect a payment processor in Acuity, your transactions are recorded in Acuity and your Stripe, Square, or PayPal account. Your paid appointments, invoices, packages, gift certificates, and subscriptions include a link to the transaction details in your payment processor account.

Find appointment payments

To find a transaction in your payment processor:

  1. Open Acuity in a browser, either on your computer or on a mobile device.
  2. Click Calendar, then click the paid appointment to open the appointment details.
  3. On the Paid line, click the name of your payment processor.

Find invoice payments

To find a transaction for a paid invoice in your payment processor:

  1. Open Acuity in a browser, either on your computer or on a mobile device.
  2. Click Invoices.
  3. In the Amount column, click the name of your payment processor.

Find payments for packages, gift certificates, and subscriptions

To find a transaction for a package, gift certificate, or subscription payment in your payment processor: 

  1. Open Acuity in a browser, either on your computer or on a mobile device.
  2. Click Packages, Gifts & Subscriptions.
  3. Click View Orders.
  4. Click the client’s order.
  5. In the Payment section, click the name of your payment processor.

Troubleshoot payment processor transactions

If you're having difficulty finding a payment in your payment processor, contact their support team:

Your payment processor's support team may find it helpful if you include the link to the payment. To get that link:

  1. Find the appointment payment, invoice payment, or order payment.
  2. Next to the payment amount, right-click the name of your payment processor.
  3. Click Copy link address. The link is now copied to your clipboard.
