Reset your browser's saved data to fix loading errors and ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date content.
Clearing your cache forces your browser to load fresh files from scratch. We often recommend this step to fix errors.
What is a browser cache?
When you visit a website, your browser saves temporary files, called a cache, to help pages load faster. If your browser loads these old saved files instead of the newest content, it can cause display or formatting errors.

Clear your cache for a single page
Instead of clearing your entire browser cache, you can use a keyboard shortcut to force a refresh. This clears the cache for your current page only.
To force a refresh:
-
Chrome and Firefox
- Mac - Press ⌘ + Shift + R
- Windows - Press Ctrl + F5
- Safari - Press Option + ⌘ + E to clear the page's cache, then click the refresh button (or press ⌘ + R).
- Microsoft Edge - Press Ctrl + F5. If that doesn't work, try Shift + F5.
