Tax and refund policies for Acuity Scheduling customers

Acuity Scheduling is part of the Squarespace suite of products, and is therefore subject to Squarespace’s policies and practices.

Squarespace collects taxes in areas where we’re legally required to do so. Depending on your billing address, Squarespace may collect taxes for your Acuity subscription. Your state or country's tax laws determine if you're required to pay a tax, or if you qualify for a tax exemption.
