Find direct links to specific scheduling pages

Last updated

Streamline the booking process by sending clients a direct link that filters their scheduling options.

You can send clients a link to a specific appointment type, appointment category, calendar, or location, or help them access appointment types that are usually private. You can also link directly to your class list, or to your packages, gift certificates, and subscriptions.

Also try: Customizing your links and sharing them with clients.

Link to appointment types

If you want clients to book a specific appointment, send them a direct link to that appointment type. This option won’t appear if you only have one appointment type and calendar.

To copy a direct link to an appointment type:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel, then click Link.
  2. In the Direct links & embedding section, click the dropdown menu and select an appointment type.
  3. Click the Direct Link tab.
  4. Click Copy.

Link to classes

By default, direct or embedded links to a class appointment type use the classes template. To display the weekly or monthly template instead, add a query parameter to the end of the scheduling page URL:

  • If you're using a non-custom scheduling page link, add &template=monthly or &template=weekly. For example: https://test.as.me/?appointmentType=1234567&template=monthly.
  • If you're using a custom link, add ?template=monthly or ?template=weekly. For example: https://test.as.me/testclass?template=monthly.

Link to appointment categories

If you want clients to book an appointment from a specific category, send them a direct link to that category.

To copy a direct link to an appointment category:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel, then click Link.
  2. In the Direct links & embedding section, click the dropdown menu and select an appointment type category.
  3. Click the Direct Link tab.
  4. Click Copy.

Link to calendars

If you want clients to book appointments from a specific calendar only, send them a direct link to that calendar. This option won’t appear if you only have one appointment type and calendar.

To copy a direct link to a calendar:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel, then click Link.
  2. In the Direct links & embedding section, click the dropdown menu and select a calendar.
  3. Click the Direct Link tab.
  4. Click Copy.

Link to locations

If you want clients to only book appointments at a specific location, send them a direct link for that location. If you've set up your scheduler to allow clients to pick a calendar, they're only shown calendars at the chosen location.

To copy a direct link to a location:

  1. Open the Availability panel.
  2. Click Direct Scheduling Link next to the location.
  3. Click Copy.

Link to your class list

If you want clients to book from a list of all of your public classes with the classes template, send them a link to your class list.

To copy a direct link to your class list:

  1. Open the Scheduling Page panel, then click Link.
  2. In the Direct links & embedding section, click the dropdown menu and select All classes.
  3. Click the Direct Link tab.
  4. Click Copy.
