Sending clients a survey

Acuity can ask your clients to fill out forms when they book an appointment. But if you want to send your clients a survey after their appointment is complete, you’ll need to combine Acuity with another service. Here’s how it works:

  1. Create a survey using a tool such as Google Forms or Wufoo.
  2. Get the link to send people to your survey.
  3. Go to Business Settings > Email Settings > Follow-Up to access your follow-up email templates.
  4. Add the link to the template and save your changes.
  5. If you have multiple follow-up email templates, repeat steps three and four for all of the templates that you want to include the survey.
