Acuity Scheduling offers a number of plans with different features and prices (including a free plan).
You can read about the plans, what each offers and how much each costs — as well as sign up for a no-strings-attached, free trial — by visiting this page.
If you already have an account, you can see which plan you’re on and move up and down between plans at any time using the My Account section. If you downgrade, features not offered on your new plan are frozen and hidden, but not deleted. That means you can upgrade at any time, and all your settings will be waiting for you.
And if you want to see an expert go over some of Acuity’s features, check out our webinars.
Because Acuity’s prices are so low, we do not offer non-profit discounts.

Free vs. Paid Plans
So, what is the difference between the free plan and the paid plans?
The free plan offers unlimited scheduling on one calendar. Clients get a confirmation email, and Acuity tracks your appointments.
Every paid plan comes with additional benefits, including reminder emails for clients, the ability to customize your scheduling page’s appearance, integration with several popular payment processors and syncing with outside calendars like Google and Outlook.

Paying for Acuity
You can pay for Acuity via the My Account section, using a credit or debit card. We do not accept purchase orders, PayPal, or checks.
