Integrating your Acuity Scheduling account with your Google My Business page is a cinch! Just copy your Scheduling Page Link in Acuity, and add it to your Google My Business listing:
- Sign in to Google My Business
- Select the location you'd like to edit, and click Info
- Edit the URLs section, add your scheduling link as the Appointment URL and click Apply:
If you don't see the Appointment URL option, try updating your primary business category to one which offers bookings or drop us a line if you're having trouble.
Google may do a review of the profile changes, which can take up to 3 days, but that's all there is to it! Your scheduling link will show up in your Google Business profile.
Why doesn't Acuity integrate with Reserve with Google? ⚓
Reserve with Google is a new Google feature that allows people to book from Google Search and Maps. At this time, using Google Reserve doesn't support many of Acuity's powerful features such as booking with add-ons, packages, gift certificates and subscriptions, as well as Acuity's intake forms to be more prepared for appointments.
To take full advantage of Acuity's online client scheduling (and prevent client confusion!) we recommend integrating your client scheduling page with Google My Business instead.
