When you edit individual package codes, you can change:
- Which client the code is assigned to.
- When the code expires.
- The type of appointments for which the code can be redeemed.
- The number of appointments/minutes/dollars for which the code can be redeemed.
To edit a code:
- Go to Business Settings > Packages, Gifts & Subscriptions.
- Click the Edit button next to the package the customer has purchased.
- Find the customer’s code on the right side of the page and click the pencil icon to its right.
- Make the changes you want.
- Click Update Code.
