You can! You'll be able to edit the expiration date for their particular package and/or adjust how many appointments their package can be redeemed for.
To do this, go into the package the client purchased in the Business Settings > Packages & Gift Certificates page, then click the "Edit" button located next to their particular code.
From there you'll be able to:
- Assign the code to a client's user account (this way their code will be pre-filled for them when they log in to schedule an appointment).
- Edit the expiration date of their package.
- Adjust which appointment types the package can be redeemed for.
- Adjust how many appointments the package can be redeemed for.
