Can I edit a package code for a client?

You can!  You'll be able to edit the expiration date for their particular package and/or adjust how many appointments their package can be redeemed for.

To do this, go into the package the client purchased in the Business Settings > Packages & Gift Certificates page, then click the "Edit" button located next to their particular code.  

From there you'll be able to:

  • Assign the code to a client's user account (this way their code will be pre-filled for them when they log in to schedule an appointment).
  • Edit the expiration date of their package.
  • Adjust which appointment types the package can be redeemed for. 
  • Adjust how many appointments the package can be redeemed for.
