You can have Acuity email you a daily or weekly digest of upcoming appointments. To enable agenda emails:
- In the Business Settings menu, click Email Settings.
- In the My Notifications menu, click Agenda Summary.
- Select Daily, Weekly, or Don't Send Summary Emails.
- Click Save.
Additional users on your account can also enable automatic email agendas in their Email Setting section; each user will need to set this up under their own account.
