If you're already signed up with PayPal Payments Pro, you can allow customers to pay directly on your scheduling page with a credit card or opt to pay via PayPal. PayPal typically charges about $30/month in addition to per transaction fees for PayPal Payments Pro. PayPal Payments Pro is only available in the US, UK and Canada.
You can manually copy your API information from PayPal into Acuity to connect them together. Here's how:
- Go to https://secure.acuityscheduling.com/preferences.php?tab=payments&paypalapi=1 in Acuity. That will show the fields to copy your API info from PayPal into.
- In a separate tab go to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_get-api-signature&generic-flow=true. That will show your PayPal API information.
- Copy the API Username, Password, and Signature from the PayPal API page and past it into Acuity, then save.
