What do I do if I'm not receiving email notifications?

Occasionally emails can get misdirected, and this is usually due to a spam filter on your computer, or with your mail hosting provider. First, try checking your junk/spam mail folders for any of the past emails. If nothing is present, contact your hosting provider or ISP and have them add scheduling@acuityscheduling.com as a trusted sender, or whitelist our mailserver IP address of 198.37.159.6.
