How to Switch from an Annual to Monthly Plan

We can temporarily waive account fees for businesses affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). If this applies to you, contact us.

To downgrade to a monthly plan from an annual plan, follow these steps!

  • Go to My Account.
  • Click Cancel Subscription ​

  • Confirm the cancellation.
  • Select Upgrade on the plan you want to be on. 
  • Select the monthly, rather than annual, option.
  • Enter in your credit card information.
  • Click Upgrade My Account and you'll be good to go.

​No data will be lost and your account will look just the same as it did on your annual plan!
