Changing your password in your account
- Go to the My Account section.
- Click the Change Password button.
- Enter your new password.
- Click Save Changes.
Resetting a forgotten password
- Go to https://acuityscheduling.com/forgotpass.php.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Reset Password.
- Go to your email inbox and find the password reset message from Acuity Scheduling.
- Click Reset your password.
- Type in your new password.
- Click Save Password.
If you're having trouble using the forgotten password link:
- Make sure the email address you're entering is the one you use as your Acuity account username.
- Check the cookie settings on your current browser and make sure third-party cookies are enabled.
- Use a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
- If none of these steps work, email us.
